My husband and I were first time buyers looking for a home. We met Tina when we went to see one of the properties she had listed. We put a bid on the property and Tina ended up representing both us and the seller in the transaction. She was very upfront and honest about the entire process. Though we did not end up buying that particular property, we continued on searching with Tina as our agent. Tina was very good about helping us find houses in the neighbourhood we knew we wanted to be in. Her availability was excellent: as soon as a property was listed that we were interested in, we were the first ones to see it. Tina Weisz is a very trustworthy and loyal real estate agent who always has her client's best interests at heart...we felt like we were her top priority at all times. She has been invaluable to us in the purchase and sale of 4 homes over a 30 yr period. Our two sales went very quickly and painlessly and we were totally satisfied with the sale price.
